Great service, Sharon is very understanding of or expectation from a holiday and is very patient and professional in helping us find that perfect holiday to suit us.
This is why we always go to Hays and Sharon.
Never been disappointed with any of of holidays booked through Sharon.

The staff were polite and helpful

From the moment we got to the branch we were welcomed and looked after. Not just the lady looking after us but all staff were keeping the kids entertained. Khia played with my youngest looking at the animals in the brochures and then got them a box of toys while we booked out holiday. Amelia who looked after us looked at all options in real detail ensured we had all the information we needed printed sheets for us to go away and look at this made us not feel rushed to make a choice. When we made a choice Amelia booked it and gave us all the information needed she was very thorough and friendly in fact all the staff on the fulwell branch were extremely friendly and I believe the service we were given was above and beyond.

First class service from a member of staff at the Sea Road branch of Hays Travel on Friday 17th April 2026. In the space of 30 minutes we had selected and booked a late break holiday. Everything was arranged for us including reserving our seats on the plane and checking us in. I would definitely recommend this branch if looking to book a holiday and aren’t too great on the internet.

As always when booking with Hays Travel the staff are professional with a friendly smile and complete my booking with efficiency.

The young lady who booked my holiday was so polite, a credit to Hays travel. She offered me many options on my holiday and went over things at the end to ensure all spelling and information was correct.
