First class experience with Gemma
Gemma was excellent in helping book our mini city break. Helpful and attentive with all aspects and made sure we knew all the t&c’s and extra costs etc before we booked. Will definitely use Gem and hays travel again 😁

Reliable and very quick responding.
I always put it of booking a holiday as I find it to stressful, I asked Gemma if she could find something for 2 adults and within 20 minutes she sent us our holiday by the end of the day we had a holiday booked to Greece, all I can say is she is brilliant and took all my stress and anxiety away, x

I was looking for a holiday with my teenager
I was looking for a holiday with my teenage daughter, we gave Gemma things we were looking for and she came back with a few ideas and places and tailored what we wanted with what she found.
I have just come back from a last minute 5* holiday that Gemma found my partner as a surprise for my birthday and that holiday and place was amazing.
I fly next week on this second holiday and I can’t wait to see what this place and hotel contains.
First class service with a personal touch.
Will definitely be booking more holidays.
