I called Hays Girvan and spoke with Sophie Hearton. I knew the cruise I wanted but required a bit more information on room/balcony size, insurance & flights/coach to Southampton. Sophie looked into my queries and emailed me with relevant information on each. Sophie has been excellent to deal with as she was friendly, efficient and informative.
