They were patient and spent the time with my partner who has the attention span of a squirrel due to 2 heart attacks and we booked a holiday with the company

We had a fantastic experience with Ricky. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even with the number of questions we had as a group of four traveling together. The booking process was also very straightforward and easy, which made everything stress-free from the start.

Got a fantastic late deal to Praira da Rocha for £500 for 2 adults and 1 child, loved it that much we trusted Jay at Gordon St branch and rebooked for August this year for 2 weeks. Jay also agreed to contact hotel and ask for the same room fantastic customer service.

1st time booker through Hays
I decided to enlist the help of Hays Travel to find my family Summer holiday, this was a fast and efficient service with Great customer service from team member Karen, I was asked an array of questions on my wants and needs and she came up with fab suggestions. We booked our holiday and was offered different ways to pay and because I completed the transaction by phone a quick payment link was sent, which was great! Downloaded the app and my booking was added, would definitely book through Hays Travel again.
