Very helpful and polite staff at Gordon St office.

My wife and I have booked a few holidays via Hays and have all their staff are very helpful.

At the Gordon st office all the travel agents are exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable, patient and polite. They do not pressurise you into sales unlike other TAs we have tried using.

Would recommend this TA and this office.

we had a great experience the process from start to finish was seamless and very easy we got exactly what we were looking for. The consultants who served us Sophie was fantastic and was polite and very helpful right from the first phone call to us arriving in store and even came off her lunch break to serve us to save us having to come back.
