Saffron was very accommodating and found me a great hotel with great flight times. She was very chatty and there was an easy rapport in the conversation.

Julie was very helpful. She made the whole process of booking a 3 night stay in Slieve Russell with Rory’s Travel Club so easy. She ran through all the entertainment package and information for the stay.

The experience was excellent...For a long number of years I have booked my own holidays and decided to use Hays after seeing a social media post....Karen was very helpful and adjusted the advertised holiday to suit our needs...From better flight times to a room type of our choice

Hays representative Karen was excellent in every way. Her knowledge and attention to detail was next to none. All my questions were answered and she put me at ease, she is a credit to your company.

Organising a holiday for lots of purple, all with different needs is not an easy task. Once we got down to was ring to get it booked the staff were amazing, with communicating back and forth to get it all sorted.

My only negative feedback was that initially it slow to get information and I had to ring for reminders, which was frustrating.
