We had a very good experience with Megan at the Goring branch. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us find the right holiday to suit our needs and budget and we didn’t feel hurried into making our decision. She was incredibly patient as we looked at a number of options and she was good at asking us if we had any more questions.

The lady we're dealing with (Laura) is very helpful, she carefully listens to what we say and tries to match the holiday to our requirements.

Laura did not only find a holiday according to our budget and specification, she was also professional, patient and non judgemental in dealing with hard to please clients.
