Friendly and efficient staff, and a warm welcome when we entered the shop.

Well the booking process was easy from start to finish.. our travel agent (Clare) took her time, found a reply to all our questions, wasn't rushed and everything was plain sailing from setting up direct debt, everything was explained and even can go in to book coach transport nearer the time... Lovely staff who have a laugh with also... Yes Clare I've got my glasses on this time lol..
Cant fault the service.

We were made welcome by Nichola, as soon as we entered the store and were offered seats at her desk. My wife then stated seen had seen a holiday advertised and that we were interested in. Nichola then looked it up, taking all the information she needed. She then informed us, of the hotel and travel arrangements including plane seating and luggage entitlement which was helpful.
We decided to accept this including the flight seats costs and she booked the holiday.
It turned out to be a pleasant experience which was completed quickly & efficiently

Rather than book a trip to Rome on line I decided to go to Hays instead. I gave them my criteria and left them to come up with a deal, this way it took the hassle out of personally looking.
They came up with a great holiday deal and the service I received was second to none, and I would not hesitate going with them again in the future.

Managed to book an amazing holiday, staff are very knowledgeable and patient.

From the moment I stepped into the shop I felt at ease. I told the agent my budget and what I was looking for...some pure luxury for myself and my daughter during the 6 weeks school summer holiday. After looking at various places and given lots of advice and options we chose Egypt. There were a few perks, on top of bringing the holiday cost under my budget, which put a smile on my face!!

I have always booked online/last minute, cheap and cheerful but this year is different...i wanted some luxury and I truly believe thats what we are gonna get!!

We always book our holidays with Clare she is so attentive to our needs she is very processional and experienced.
She has time for her customers and we feel that the staff in the Gt Yarmouth store are more like friends.

The young gentleman who helped me with my booking was very helpful and polite nothing was to much bother and he got the hotel I wanted which was a bonus, will use Hays again and will be recommending them to friends and family .

Denise from the Yarmouth branch was very helpful. She had visited Crete and therefore was able to give us very good advice on our choice of destination.
