My husband and I always use Hays travel in Hartlepool. The staff are always informative and friendly.
This time we wanted to book two rooms for a family of five. We needed to keep the costs down and the lady assistant worked hard to find us the cheapest deal.

As with last year Alison and the team provided a great service and ensured we had a great holiday experience. Can’t thank them enough for the great attention to detail they provided , going the extra mile to ensure things went well. We will be back !
