From entering to leaving,everything was explained. The assistant was Darren,and he was very knowledgeable about what we were wanting to go on holiday. We were unsure about going to Zante ,with what is going on at the moment.He reassured us that we would be fine.

I contacted Hays at Hartlepool fir a quote on a cruise I was looking at, I told them what it was I wanted and they said they would have a look for me, and email me with the quote.
The quote was exactly what I wanted so we booked. All this was done without visiting the shop. Excellent service.

The lady that served me didn't know that the travel company had extended their special offers,I had to advise them of the fact. Apart from that every thing was done efficiently.
