From the moment we stepped foot in the Hays store, we were welcomed by and had the full attention of our advisor, Nicki. She was personable and quick to pick up on our needs, priorities and expectations. She was enthusiastic about our chosen travel company and passionate about the actual tour we were considering. After chatting through the detailed itinerary together, we decided to go ahead there and then. The in-store booking process was straightforward. Plus, there were decent offers to take advantage of at the time. Overall a lovely professional experience, just as it should be when buying a holiday.

Friendly helpful service, 1st time with them and they made everything easy. Can't say about the actual holiday as we're not there yet! But booking was easy.

Lovely travel rep, couldn’t do enough for us. Went above and beyond and was very compassionate when we had to ask her to remove one of the guests due to their passing away. Was very informative when asked about medical care on the ship when asked about allergies.

Very pleasant - and too be fare this was all new to us - but the service we received was very friendly and professional- even thou it was close to going home time - that didn’t matter to the operator , she was really helpful and lovely

Although I had some idea of where we wanted to go on holiday there were many questions that Sophia answered because of her knowledge. I had looked online at some options but Sophia was able to save time with answering many of the questions.
All in all a great experience

Every time I’ve booked a holiday with Hays at Hempstead Valley it’s always stress free. Everybody works well together to make sure your getting the best holiday, you get value for your money, they always cater for your every need and get the best deal. Nothing is ever an issue. Great place to get your currency at best rates. Each and everyone of the employees who work there are a credit to the company. Customer service is 5 star.

Very pleasant and helpful staff at Hempstead Valley. Found us exactly what we were looking for and matched online prices. Hays will book our flight seats and print off all documentation when due. Couldn't have asked for a better service and would highly recommend.

Nikki the lady that served us was amazing, she took time to understand what we wanted from our holiday and went through the different options. She also discounted places that she knew wouldn't work for us and had poor reviews.

Very friendly no pressure approach which we liked. The only negative was that the holiday we booked was advertised in the shop window as 0 deposit, we've booked a cruise in 2028, then it transpired that there was a deposit required, not the end of the world but perhaps should be sure what is being advertised before putting it out there.
