So much easier than booking online.
I spent a whole day trying to find suitable flights online, but had found the comparison sites very confusing. (Some included luggage, others not, prices in dollars etc) It was almost impossible to speak to customer services.
I went into Hays travel in Hempstead Valley, and Rosie had everything booked in no time.

I had the Opportunity to join this Amazing Cruise trip to Barbados I initially spoke to one of your Sales lady who was not helpful at all - Name withheld. She adv I paid half of the price of £2600 up front which really put me off and denied me the Deck my family will be .I them called again few days later with panic and Spoke to Katy who was very very Supportive, gave me a great deal of payment plan which I could I afford and the Deck above the deck I was denied of, I will say Katy has made this trip possible for me and my daughter to join, which has made both of us really happy and appreciative.I will recommend Katy of Hays Travel to the world. Really amazing and great Hospitality with patience.

Helpful staff but woeful systems
Unable to view booking on line or through the App - both refuse to recognise me or the booking.
The paperwork was incomplete and no mention of the transfers we paid for. Wishing we'd booked direct with Easyjet

We take feedback seriously and we regret that you had trouble viewing your booking online and on the APP and also that your paperwork was incomplete. All holiday details are recapped before we confirm your holiday and we can see that you was provided a booking confirmation and your private transfers were were shown here.
We understand that due to a technical issue on our systems you was unable to see your details online and via the APP, this has now been resolved and feedback has been given to all agents in branch to ensure this is can be resolved if any future issues arise.

Friendly and helpful colleague at Hays Hempstead Valley
We went to book another cruise via Hays as we had a positive experience when doing so last year. This year, Joanne at Hays was very pleasant and helpful, assisting us not only with our actual cruise, but also booking a hotel near Southampton the day before the cruise commences.
