Second booking in 6 months, fantastic service
This is my second time booking with this branch in 6 months after the first trip being absolutely fantastic. Everything is explained, every option explored to make sure we get what we need and at a fantastic price.

Contacted Hays to price check a cruise and within 20 mins they had come back to me with a price and all booked. Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you. So easy to deal with the team in Horsforth.

Amanda at the Horsforth branch was brilliant. Had all the time in the world for us, even after a few tweaks to our holiday. Can’t forget Tracy either. Good knowledge and made booking easy. Lovely to deal with, makes it a lot easier as a customer.
