Excellent customer service
As is the norm, Chloe was as helpful and efficient as always in dealing with my enquiries; providing information and booking my holiday of choice. Always courteous and pleasant and willing to oblige, as are the whole staff team at Houghton Hays. They are all a credit to the company.

The best staff and service
First class service , and advice from Chloe as usual , I won’t go to any other travel company except the Houghton Le Spring branch . All the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable.

Staff always pleasant and very helpful. We usually go with a shortlist of places we would like to go but occasionally go for a suggestion we hadn't even considered. Your staff also do our online check-ins for us.

Exceptional service
We asked Vicky, the manager, to find us a holiday for next year at our preferred hotel in Tenerife at which both of our young adult sons could celebrate their birthdays. As usual she came up trumps for us.
