This is the first time we have used Hays Travel. Customer service was excellent. Nicola was clearly experienced and knowledgeable in arranging cruises. She was well informed, very helpful and professional. Took us through the process and we booked a Saga cruise. I shall certainly use Hays in future.

Great early engagement and help via email. Which allowed us to carefully consider our options before going into a branch and booking our holiday. The branch were able to support us despite the person we had been communicating with via email not being available.
