I can’t recommend James Easton at Hays Travel highly enough. We were looking at booking a 14-night Mediterranean cruise for four people and had quite a few specific requirements, particularly around my dad’s mobility.

James went above and beyond to find us a fantastic deal. He arranged a balcony cabin in a convenient location close to the lifts, which was important for my dad, and also arranged the appropriate assistance to help make the journey and cruise easier for him.

James also managed to make the most of our Future Cruise Credit and secure a fantastic offer, with two of our passengers travelling free, a low deposit and £350 onboard credit. The final cruise price was £4,956 for all four of us before applying our £705.97 Future Cruise Credit, making it excellent value for what we’ve booked.

Throughout the whole process James was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He took the time to understand what we actually needed and made sure everything was arranged properly, rather than simply booking a holiday and leaving us to sort the rest ourselves.

A massive thank you to James for all his help. He’s made booking what is going to be a very special family holiday so much easier, and we really appreciate the effort he put into finding the right cruise, cabin and assistance for us.
