Joanne was totally focused on finding the perfect deal for us. This is the second time we’ve used her for booking a holiday, and I think we’ll continue to do so for future holidays. She’s an absolute gem!

Great knowledge and appreciated the time given to understand our needs and offer options - even took the time to ask colleagues and other specialists about the cruise we were looking at to ensure it was great value and aligned with what we were looking for.

I was being particularly picky when trying to find the right holiday for my family, I wanted to make sure there was something for everyone. I must have changed my mind on hotels at least 8 times but throughout, Jo was patient and always happy to help finding other hotels, dates and flights. Jo checked in on where I was with my decision without being pushy. Having somebody else manage the booking process and knowing you have that ongoing support on hand even during the holiday is a real piece of mind. I would highly recommend booking with Jo at Hays Travel.

Jo responded to my enquiry very quickly and gave us the advice / guidance we needed. She kept us up to date along and provided an amazing service with the best price. Would def recommend/ re use.

Jo has been fabulous looking at 2 separate holidays for me.. one for me and a friend going away for a week then a 3 day long weekend with my daughter… both for next year… was hard for her as had no idea where I wanted to go. She chose a fabulous 3 night away in time to celebrate my 50th next year… can’t recommend Jo enough..
