We've booked again!
On a cool and miserable September day we entered into a cosy store and were welcomed by Janice. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to find our holiday. She was very knowledgeable and helped with everything including help with my mobility issues. This is our second holiday with Hays and can't fault anything, keep up the good work!

The staff are always friendly and helpful in hays travel shop in Johnstone . They will research and ensure that they are helping you find the ideal holiday . I recently had problems with my travel card money and they gave me step to step guidelines and support .
