Katherine was amazing in giving us so much in formation. Whenever I asked a question she would always get back to me within a short time. We are currently on our hloliday that we booked with you and I can truly say we are having a great time. We would highly recommend you to all we know.

What can I say. Kathryn is blunt, rude, ignores messages - even though she’s still posting (over several hours) more holidays. She’s all about taking bookings but NOT to help those who have already booked with her!! Massive red flag!!!!!

The holiday she booked for me went wrong so I got a refund & she told me she will transfer my insurance when I make a new Hays booking. I made a new booking & then she blocked me, so I can’t message her to transfer my insurance-(which I have paid for!!). Very inappropriate & highly unprofessional! I am absolutely disgusted how she has treated me.
I had to contact Customer service for them to contact her. Scrap that I want them to contact her manager! So disappointed in the whole experience with her.

The only reason I booked with her is because she put out a begging help fb post saying she will have to pack her job in if she doesn’t start getting more bookings. So I felt sorry for her & went with her…. Now I understand why she was in that pitiful state in the first place. All her own doing by the sounds of it.

I would highly recommend Hays but not with Kathryn!!!!!
