Shaun was really helpful in stearing us in the right direction for our first cruise experience. He explained all the on board facilities

Shaun was great, really knowledgeable and gave great advice. He took everything we asked for into consideration- especially budget! - and we managed to book a great holiday for next year.

The manager was most helpful, and went to a great deal of effort to find a cruise which met our requirements.

All the staff are very patient and informative with everything we need to know or any questions we may have and in helping us find the right holiday for our needs.

The lovely gentleman at Hays in keighley was so helpful polite and helped me book a holiday that would suit both myself and my son . I shall definitely be going back in for my next holiday

Alisha in Keighley branch was very helpful. Only went in for a brochure but she told me about a travel event that week.
She was very helpful and emailed me different options. There were a few incentives to book but I liked the fact that she wasn't too pushy. I needed to consider all the options and weigh up the different trips. There was a lot of choice so having time without being bombarded was good. She also pr ok vided advice on where to get help locally to source visas etc.
