We called into Hays Travel at Killingworth yesterday 1st Aug 26. We didn’t really know where we wanted to go but was between France, Greece and Spain. We were helped by a lovely young lady called Aaliyah. She took all our requests down including budget and managed to get us a fantastic deal for a week in Spain. Big thanks to Hays Travel and a massive thank you to Aaliyah for her patience and help in sorting our holiday out.

Lauren made booking our 1st time cruise so easy, she was very knowledgeable about the different sailings too

Julie, the Deputy Manager, understood our needs and wants immediately. Found us exactly what we wanted and answered every question. She made, what we thought would be awkward, effortless.

I went to the Killingworth branch for help with a booking for 7 of us. The Jet2 site kept telling me the holiday we wanted had gone up massively in price and then wasn't available. Stephanie knew exactly what the problem was and then went on to book the holiday at a great price. She was so helpful and set up the whole holiday for us. We've used Hays a number of times and the service has always been excellent.
