I went into haha travel on 10/7/2026 and had an amazing experience talking to Heather and booking our amazing holiday.

We initially had no idea where we wanted to go just knew what kind of theme we wanted , can honestly say Heather guided us through the whole process eliminating places that did not meet our criteria, we ended up booking 12 days to Crete with all of the trimmings , can honestly say I’m so excited and had the best experience ever with Heather , would HIGHLY recommend!!! Every single time !!!

Once again Hayes Travel Killingworth branch, price matched our chill out week to Es cana in Ibiza. Having been several times we knew exactly where we wanted to stay. Heather was engaging.... interested to know about resort we had picked, past travel experiences and hopes and dreams for future travel. Heather was friendly, courteous and polite and very approachable. A real asset to the company. As are all of the staff in Killingworth branch. And for those reasons I shall continue to book travel through Hayes Travel.

We knew what we wanted before we entered the shop. Price was matched no problem with the one on line. Overall, we found them helpful and pleasant with any questions we had and it was much easier to book face to face.

Staff are very friendly and supportive, and tuned in to what the customer is looking for. Staff are also proactive in following up once a booking has been made.
