The agent who dealt with our booking was friendly extremely efficient and made the whole process painless we came away thrilled to have our Christmas booking all sorted!!

We found that all staff was very pleasant and friendly. They were very helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble.

I roughly knew where I wanted to go on holiday so Kia looked it up and gave me a price but it was a bit more expensive than I saw online so she asked her colleague if she could match the price for me and they did. I was very pleased with the whole of the booking process and Kia was very friendly and helpful.
