People were helpful in store
People were helpful in store. Only issue is the online prices from hats website store staff are unable to match and even find the deals. I prefer to deal with people so I like to book in store but website is cheaper why? Poor idea stores will close

Always check your dates.
Although Paige was very thorough and professional, I was disappointed in that I couldn't change the date I booked to the day before, I'd made a mistake which I realised straight after booking and made payment, Paige tried her best to rectify my mistake but the hotel wouldn't budge, this is why I prefer booking.com as you can change without loosing any monies.

CRUISES
Lovely and friendly. Booked the cruise we wanted and advised on cabins. Also advised us to talk to them regards trips to try and save us money.

Very easy to deal with
Having tried and failed to find a holiday suitable for us all and within our budget, I decided to hand over the challenge to a professional. Ray very kindly accepted and has found us, what we hope will be, our perfect Summer holiday. He was friendly, enthusiastic and just a pleasure to deal with.
