Our travel representative was very quick to reply with any questions we had before we booked our cruise, and made the booking process seamless and trouble free. Very knowledgeable about the cruise and the destination which is always great as a little bit of information goes along way

Kirsty is excellent and sorted out exactly what we wanted, she was so helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend Hays Travel and Kirsty. Kirsty sorts everything and takes all the hassle out of booking. Great knowledge and experience, we have booked many holidays with them and will continue to do so.

Kirsty sorted our family holiday really quickly. Communication was great. She even went above and beyond by noticing we were away for the husbands birthday and has added that to the notes, which was a lovely touch.
