Helpful and Patient under Pressure
We have booked with Knaresborough's branch before.
Emma and Vikki have been looking at our current holiday request. Some of the itinerary provided by Canadian colleagues this time duplicated what we had done previously. As we are trying to co-ordinate this holiday with my cousin who lives in Canada, some changes had to be made.
The agency was unexpectedly busy, and Emma and Grace were dealing with customers who were before us. We had to wait, but that is the nature of the business. They were infinitely patient with the clients before us, polite at all times, and extremely helpful.
When it came to our holiday, they exerted the same efforts on our behalf. It took longer than we had all anticipated, but things turned out well -an unexpected busy afternoon with a successful conclusion.
