Friendly and efficient
Lucy was excellent in organising our holiday, especially as we had to organise airport assistance and on board baggage for specific medicines.

We had no idea where we wanted to go and Lucy was very helpful in coming up with ideas and found something we were excited about in our price range quickly and we got it all booked and our travel insurance sorted too.

I’d been searching for a last minute river cruise but struggling to find what I wanted at a price I wanted. Tom at Hays in Lancaster found me a fantastic desk and sorted an airport hotel. He was great and obviously very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!
