I prefer to book via a Travel agent as I'm a widow and feel more secure. I booked my first holiday away with Just You via Hays Travel, Lancaster. I was very nervous about organising everything, but they helped me and made it a lot less stressful. I've just booked my second holiday via Hays in Lancaster as I know I can trust them.

No problems
We haven’t been away for many years and gave our travel advisor a long list of wants and very little budget, something nowhere else had been able to work with.
He found us 3 possibly holidays, we ruled out 2 so that left the perfect place and hotel.
Holiday, insurance and travel money all sorted in one place.
We have just had a lovely week holiday and will be using Hays again when we book our next.

Helpful and friendly advice
We visited Lucy at Hays Lancaster several times before we booked our holiday. I booked my holiday at the Lancaster Store with Tom, what amazing customer service, he listened to all my requests and there was a few...but managed to get exactly what I wanted, nothing was ever too much trouble and I can't wait to go away and celebrate my birthday with my kids...would definitely recommend booking your holiday through Hayes travel and if you're in Lancaster, definatley go and see Tom he's amazing
