Eve was excellent and we had everything we required booked also a lady from the travel money came over and introduced herself to us and explained what their services were.

Always use hays travel as the staff are first class polite. helpful. Knowledgeable and best of all patient nothing is a problem to them.

We seen a cruise advertised on Facebook and sent a message to the Facebook page. Eva answered my many questions & made the booking process really easy. She was very knowledgeable & friendly throughout.

Eva went out of her way to find us exactly what we were looking for. She updated us frequently and did everything she could in a friendly patient and professional manner. In the end the flight times put us off so we are rethinking but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hays.

Booked to go to Belfast for a couple of days and told us was a good deal so we took it,I discovered it I had booked it myself I could have saved £142.00. Will check online in future before I go back there.

I phoned Largs store just before shutting as i seen a brilliant deal the girl I spoke to was Excellent my phone was going to run out but she managed to book my Disneyland Paris holiday in about 3 mins I can't Thank You enough,also a nice girl called few days letter to explain about Mastercard you can get to use on holiday which was very helpful Thank You

As soon as you enter the office, you are greeted by a lovely hello and smile by Heather. She asks all the relevant questions re the holiday you are looking for. You are given several options to choose from. Heather seemed well informed of the area and hotels we were looking at. With her knowledge and expertise we found the hotel we hope suits us and will look forward to our holiday.
