We booked a SAGA ocean cruise with Paula in your Lowestoft branch. She was very professional and friendly explaining each step as she went along. I would definitely recommend using Paula and Hays Travel to my friends and family. We would have no hesitation in using your services again.

Again went in r local hays branch in lowestoft and saw Paula and again she was great explain everything even phone airline to c about seats as my wife has walking difficultes and ask about a welfare taxi and arrange it for us even tho we have a late return. to Stansted great service will have trouble booking with them again great service

We visited Claire at the Lowestoft branch and she was amazing. We were with her for about 1.5hrs deciding which hotel, flights etc to book and we finally booked a holiday. We will be back!!

Very UNETHICAL CO..STUBBORN
DISGUSTED. OTHER COMPANIES OFFER £200 to £300 cheaper on SAME BREAKS!!
TUI are notoriously abnoxinious to REFUND on the hoilday plan they had on Offer, that was not as per the of the offer, the disgusting food ..the quality of hotel, cleanliness etc etc
They are very STUBBORN & DO NOT HAVE ANY EMPATHY for the traveller
Who had a bad experience.
VERY UNEHTICAL TRAVEL COMPANY !!
Would NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN !
