Lucy had been recommended to me by a friend. We'd exchanged a few messages before I'd spoken to her directly.
She was very friendly and gave a thorough breakdown of the trip, with lots of hints & tips.
Following the booking she confirmed queries about passport requirements once I'd checked our expiry dates.
All correspondence was timely and efficient.

This is the 2nd time we have used Lucy at Hays Travel. she is brilliant. she knows her information and is always so friendly and polite. Takes the hassle out of booking a holiday. lucy booked our holiday for our wedding and some of our guests all commented how good lucy is.

This is the second family holiday that I have booked through Lucy. I told her which hotel I liked and she came back with a few choices that were available and that was it another holiday booked. If there is anything I need to know I know that I can message Lucy and she always gets back with the relevant information.
