I had an idea of what I wanted to do and with the valued assistance of Catherine at the Lymington Branch achieved this.
Just a few tweeks - adjusting the length of stay at certain locations and the flight upgrade - and there you have it my ideal itinerary.
No upselling from Catherine, she just got professionally on with the task.
Highly recommended.

Whenever you walk into the shop, you are greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome. All staff seem to be happy and enjoying their work which means it’s a pleasure going in there.

Very helpful not at all hurried.Plenty of variety in accommodation hotels a plenty.Close to the beach all we hope for now is good weather.

Catherine understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me options I hadn't thought of.

I enquired whether it was possible to book a Saga River cruise via Hays as I suffer from Hearing Loss and find face to face communication preferable. Kelly was very helpful talking me though each stage of the booking process.

We were able to come in and spend ages with Catherine sorting out a family holiday. She had already spent a long time finding holidays for us and then we chose something totally different! She was very patient as were a group of 8! All the staff in your Lymington office are lovely and nothing is too much trouble.
