Easy booking
Ebony was great really grand flexible to be honest I was a little nervous as previously o have always booked with Laura (who is brilliant) but she was not around those day I went in but Ebony was understanding to my needs and had great patience which was a good job trying to get me family to agree on the trip details.

Peace of mind and it’s all done for you
Laura at Lytham persevered in a challenging request for long haul flights, wanting to get us good flights for the right price , it took quite a while but she was polite , friendly and just lovely. We have had previous experiences in this branch that weren’t quite so good but I am glad we took the chance and tried again. Once an option was found with the help of head office we booked the flights and we are both very happy with what we paid for and the price we paid.

SATISFACTION AT ITS BEST
Great knowledge of holiday destinations,having worked in the travel industry for many years.
Staff very friendly and forfilled are needs,offering holidays suited to the criteria we gave.Prices are very competitive, Customer satisfaction is at it's premium.
