Cannot recommend enough
Cannot recommend enough. My partner and I were looking to book our “minimoon”, and Rachel was attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She took the time to make sure we got the holiday we truly wanted and gave us great suggestions and advice on areas to stay and things to do, which made planning so much easier during what is already a stressful time!
Rachel also managed to get us a better price than we could find booking direct, and we’re absolutely delighted with the package. We’re so excited for the holiday and will 100% be booking through Rachel again in the future!

Short Notice Booking - Family Emergency
I needed a booking at short notice and, having used Hays Travel previously, turned to them for advice and help.
I was not disappointed as the Team rose to the occasion. I walked in at 1.30pm and an hour later, after much advice, discussion and help, I had return tickets booked, money sorted and a smile on my face.
The Hays Travel team are professional, knowledgeable and very patient! Excellent Customer Service.
