Special Holiday in France
We went to Hays in Maidenhead and spoke with a lovely lady called Kay, we explained that we wanted to book something special to remember in France with our little dog Dodger for our 10th Wedding anniversary and my husbands 60th birthday which is the same day. Kay looked at different options for us and came back with a fantastic holiday in Nice. We had couple of issues which Kay and Rachel sorted it out for us. Also a big thank to Lee in the travel exchange. I recommend Kay for your holiday requirements.

Want to avoid the Internet stress…?
It was such a delight to have someone to help us through the booking process removing the stress of trying to book a holiday on the internet with multiple factors influencing our choice (snow depth at resort, distance to the ski lifts, hotel accommodation, flight times, transfer times in uk and resort. Internet scams taken out of the equation and ABTA COVER included.
I know I’m hard to please and Rachel was brilliant throughout, being helpful, patient, friendly and genuinely excited for us too. Thank you so much, so refreshing.

Easy and friendly
We were looking for a last minute break and did not want to trawl the internet ourselves. We went into the branch and wick easy booking of our holiday. Like that we were able to go into a different branch to check in, which we have found a chore in the past.
