Booked our holiday for next year after a few alterations we finalised with a different agent who was very good we then went back to the branch and
Basically had to go through the whole process again
As the original agent didn’t take notice and went through the whole process again?
We still haven’t received our paperwork and by post
Bit concerned as its a expensive holiday

All the staff are so friendly not pushy and booking my holiday is always so stress free it's all done for you so thank you hays travel .

Very helpful as we are both over 75 and Deaf, we understood everything we needs and she (at Maidstone Branch) did the work, booked our flights ✈️ to Belfast from LBA for May 2027 and us 2 lives in Leeds, will call our local branch Cross Gates, Leeds if we needs something.

Sophia was so helpful went through all my wishes and found me several great deals , helped me narrow it down and talked me through the whole process . Would book again ⭐️

Always receive relevant advice from the Maidstone branch. They matched an on-line quote that we had. Lynn is very knowledgeable and can recommend holidays that are suitable for us.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with warm welcome.
Kniki was amazing, very friendly.
We knew what we wanted and she found exactly that but better. She took care of everything. Just brilliant. I would normally look on line to find something but its not worth it Hayes can do better.
