Everyone at Hayes travel in Malton were amazing, helpful and respectful. I had informed them of the experience we had trying to book through another company and they apologised on their behalf even though they did not have to, both ladies who helped to get our holiday booked were very informative and full of knowledge that helped with the positive experience. We originally went in just to enquire about a trip to Montana flight’s hotel car hire Nicola was absolutely brilliant we must have been in there roughly 2 hours looking at different flight times and various hotels she found us a great deal. It’s a lot easier than trying to do it yourself.
