Brilliant booking experience.
We have booked for a largish group, with a large age range (81 to six months) and lots of different needs, Michelle was brilliant from start to finish, she was very patient, professional and friendly. She found what we hope is our perfect holiday. As my sister said, it’s been a long time since we booked through a travel agent but Michelle made the process so much easier, we would never have found our holiday on our own. As a family we will be returning to book further holidays.

We went in to the Mansfield travel to enquire about holidays to Lake Garda
We went in to the Mansfield travel agents to enquire about a holiday to Lake Garda. We were given several options to consider, with no pressure to decide there and then.
The assistant, Tom, then followed up with an email for us to consider. We went back 2 days later and made a booking. He was most helpful.

Our holiday enquiry wasn’t straight forward, we knew it would take some time to put together with what we would like, we were wrong, Katie got immediately on to it, we had a reply back the same day, impressive. Over the next two days we tweaked hotels and dates.
Amazing results came back. No hesitation, we booked with confidence and have an amazing experience ahead to look forward to. Thanks a million Katie and of course Carole who helped put our trip together
