Felt heard and as though I was important to them
Popped in to Hays travel at 4.45 to try to book something for the following week. Was made to feel very welcome, Sophie seemed to really understand what we were looking for and 30 minutes later we were all booked

Absolutely great service always get a great holiday and exactly what we are looking for and always priced fantastic we have used our local hays holiday shop for over 9 yrs now the girls and somtimes guys are so helpful and very professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Made us feel very welcome & gave great advice on everything we needed to know. An extremely detailed explanation of the area we will be staying in as the agent had previously travelled to Poland & therefore able to tell us about all the great excursions available.

Brilliant Customer Service at March Branch
Went to Hays March to book our holiday and couldn't praise them enough. Chloe was amazing. Went through lots of options until she found the best deal. Friendly and polite, I cannot speak highly enough of her.
