I was the customer from hell! I had a few issues and had to keep altering my booking. Requesting info on what changes I could make. I can honestly say they couldn't have been more helpful. I always use Hays Travel. It's convenient them being local and their customer service is exceptional. I always Google and their prices are always the cheapest. They never pressure sell either. Every member of staff I've dealt with has been lovely. Highly recommend.

Booking holidays has always not been my strongest point hence why I use a travel agent.
Today a lovely lady called Kelly who I believe is the branch Manager at March booked our perfect holiday.
