We were booking a family holiday for 13 people, adults and children and some travelling on different dates so it was quite complicated but Tracy expertly guided us through the whole thing. Nothing was too much trouble, response times and updates were excellent and she was a pleasure to speak with. We would definitely use Hays / Tracy for future holidays.

No waiting to see an agent in the shop. Helpful agent. I was already on the system so very quick and easy to renew my annual travel insurance. Also nice to see that there was a raffle for a local charity.

I have booked holidays with hays 3 times and just got back from my recent holiday to Rhodes the hotel was fantastic staff and food we decided to book the same hotel again for next year. Spoke to Tracy at your Marple branch she was lovely and efficient so I now look forward to my next holiday.
