No personal touch
I asked Michelle Rodde for some help with a large booking. She sent an auto message asking for very personal information - I sent generalised information as I haven’t even spoken to this woman before. She then sent a *reminder* and the same automated message. I asked for a personal relationship to which she said - no worries- have a good day.
Would not recommend
Edit:
I sent all information required except for names and DOB- I just sent ages.
This is unnecessary to have so much information on me without even saying hello.

‼ GROUP BOOKINGS ‼
We are currently receiving an extremely high volume of group enquiries. A group is when more than one family want to travel on the exact same flight together. Some flights have a very limited number of seats and free child places available so in order for us to ensure that we can fit you all onto the same flight we do need to liaise to the relevant Groups department. Before we speak to Groups can you please ensure you message me on Facebook messenger with the following information.
1. A rooming list detailing who will be in each room. I need each passengers title, first name and surname (as per passport)
2. Date of birth
3. Age at time of travel
4. Which hotel you want to stay in
5. Where you want to fly from
6. How many nights you want to go for
7. Each families budget
8. Your telephone number
