Very helpful and friendly staff. I was informed about the whole process of my booking.
I think Hays have a good business model. They have a shop in the village and and I know I can pop in any time if I have questions to ask about my booking.

Very attentive, patient and helpful in dealing with possible cruise arrangements. Very willing to advise and find the best deal possible. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The service we received was excellent, but
We were disappointed to find the quoted price the day before had been hiked by £80. Perhaps this was done by the hotel company and nothing to do with Hays, but disappointing nevertheless.
