They found the holiday for us
They found the holiday for us. We told them what we wanted and they found the tour. Holiday co made an error on our confirmation paperwork. They were very quick to sort it out for us. Will use them again

For a couple that were booking a cruise for the first time, we could have done with better explanations for the options available, as we didn't know what questions to ask.
Paperwork didn't give a breakdown of the booking.

Multi centre booking
Very helpful with booking multi centre holiday.
The only negative thing was that it took a long time, sometimes hours to get through to Vista!

Jackie in the Westcroft Milton Keynes store was very helpful and friendly & was able to prepare our quote accept our deposit and arrange our direct debits all within an hour of us entering the shop

This is the second year we have booked with you to go to the same holiday that Tanveer found for us.
Tanveer managed to find our perfect holiday that ticked all the boxes and this year he managed to change our flights to fit what we wanted.

Italy here we come
We spoke to Tanveer regarding a holiday to Italy. He made some recommendations that we liked and liaised with citalia. He came back to us with an itinerary that worked well for us. On the basis of this we returned and booked the holiday. We felt he went above and beyond to tailor the holiday to our needs. Saina at Westbrook. MK was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, who.explained and booked everything taking away any stress from us.

We are in Australia wanted to book onto cruise in China in Nov 27 with our friends from Milton Keys . We had trouble accessing the exact cruise we wanted to join our friends - our friends suggested we call their travel agent Jackie at Hays Travel - Jackie sorted it in a flash - my wife and I could not be more impressed with Jackie’s diligence , enthusiasm and professionalism- we are booked on the cruise with our friends- outstanding service - highly recommend
