Thank you to Rachel for helping us book another holiday as our trip of a lifetime was cancelled because of the war in the Middle East. We’ve been well looked after.

Rachel at the Mirfield branch was amazing. I had (at that point) never booked a holiday before, but I wanted to take my daughter abroad for the first time for her birthday. The plan was Paris, but the deal and flight times/schedule she found me for Milan was one I wouldn't have found on my own. Plus she followed up to see how it went.

I thought that Hayes travel in Mirfield are absolutely brilliant all the staff are brilliant it was BRONTE who sorted my holiday she was absolutely first class she couldn't do enough for me i would definitely always use Hayes for all my travels and Chis the manager was very helpful and so was the other assistant

They are always friendly and helpful and get back to my enquiries in record time. I am very happy with speakto Chris as he always finds good holiday deals for us and is thorough. I find the Mirfield branch staff super friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble.

We visited Hays in Mirfield Clara dealt with us we are visiting our Son who is working in South Korea. Myself and my Husband found Clara to be very helpful navigating flights, hotels and transfers for us to visit South Korea . Clara went that extra mile booking seats for us on the flights.Advised that we can call into Hays and they will print off boarding cards as we are old school and prefer print offs rather than having everything on our phones. In this technical age it was nice to have the human touch and not needing to do 'everything on line.'

Hays is our local travel agent. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They quickly found us a holiday in Barcelona. We have used Hays historically and they were extremely helpful when we needed their support when things went wrong on a previous holiday (the issues weren't in any way connected to Hays).
