it was a complicated process which bronte dealt with ease. we had to cancel one trip and bronte found us another holiday which had to be cancelled again as tui had not loaded the trip correctly, she actually re checked the trip after we had left the mirfield branch and discovered tui had made an error. we noticed she actually stayed back late to make sure it was correctly imputted

Chris was very good he ensured that we had all the information that we needed and looked for travel insurance for us,and gave us good advice

Chris was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and was able to give great advice

Lovely friendly staff, very knowledgeable and got great advice. Called in for information and booked there and then. Everything explained well and nothing too much trouble. Have since recieved all details by email, Chris was a pleasure to deal with.

Super service. Bronte in the Mirfield shop was so helpful. We already had an idea of what we wanted. Bronte led us through the booking process, advised us on holiday insurance, helped choose seats on the flight and even booked an airport hotel for us. So helpful- thank you so much.
