I was in the shop previously with all the holiday details.
The two members of staff were dealing with customers. I think it would have been nice for customer care that one of the staff could have acknowledged me and pehaps suggested returning in x minutes

We seen the cruise advertised on the board outside , so went in and inquired about it .
Had it explained in very good detail that it was a Hayes travel escorted cruise and we booked it then and there .
It is always a pleasure to visit the New Milton branch , if you go in for travel money , to book something , or just an inquiry, you are met with a warm welcome , and friendly smile .
