Great experience when booking a holiday
Very helpful initial discussion about what we wanted from our holiday. Amelia then emailed us with some suggestions, which we went into the branch to discuss and confirm. Very easy and stress free.

I always use Hayes Travel as l find them so helpful. I wanted to book a cruise yesterday but unfortunately cabin wanted was unavailable. However the agent was so helpful and found another ship with the same itinerary which l booked. They are always so helpful and friendly and l wouldn’t go anywhere else.
