Lanlana was fantastic in helping us find our last minute family holiday! She researched so many destinations and hotels until we found one that suited our needs. She kept us informed on our room requests and queries we had. She even delievered our travel documents to our home! We look forward to booking our next travels with Lanlana.

I did not have time to book online myself as I needed to work. I called directly and spoke to Kerrie (Staff). She was very professional and understood my request and requirements. After a few emails & calls, I was provided what I wanted. I was very impressed with the service.
