Cancellation and rebookjng
We had to cancel our long awaited trip to Thailand due to problems transmitting through Abu . We were treated with amazing customer service from Lanlana,Andrew the Manager and Kerry in booking a new destination at short notice. Thankyou to all involved for removing all the stress and worry which was associated with this process your were all so friendly and helpful.

Went in on a whim and got a fantastic deal on a family holiday to Disneyland Paris,they took care of everything and got us a brilliant deal,even when easyJet messed us about with flights the staff in hays travel in Newry went above and beyond to get us the original flight times we had with easyJet,hays travel are a great company and have great staff

Brilliant experience
Andy who made the booking was great. Really friendly and listened to all our requests and gave us lots of options. He also gave us lots of advice on taking the baby on the trip
