Nickie listened to my holiday requirements and provided a methodical list of recommendations, even when my first choice became unavailable Nickie was able to find another holiday which suited me, also arranged parking and insurance, great service all round, will definitely use again and recommend

I saw a holiday online and enquired for more information. Gave Nickie all my details including dates what I was expecting from a "once in a lifetime trip" and she went away and sourced a good deal for me, which I was very happy to book. If I need anything I know Nickie is there to assist.

This is the second time I have booked a holiday with Nikki. Even though there is a Hays Travel in my local town the service I received from Nikki from initial enquiries through to post holiday was faultless so I chose to book with her again. She knows her stuff. Nothing is too much trouble and she has a lovely friendly approach to customer care.

I know Nickie from my old banking days and she is still professional efficient and understands what her client needs. I did not know the country I wanted to visit so she recommended a cruise around the different parts of it - looks wonderful with great reviews so am super excited :)

Nickie offered a very personal service. She called me several times to go through everything I wanted and to answer any queries I may have.
